i am very much intrested in astral travel and i read few regarding it i want to meet the enthusiastic persons who are intrested inthe same things like para normal things like third eye ,ets,dimensions,frequencies etc

Dear friend

With regard Astral Projection, please explaim the following curcumstances

1. Can somebody from astral world prevent me from astral projection?

2. what are the solutions for the above?

3. i hear someone else(different voices) speaks

4. Those people(spiritual bodies) try to deceive me, control my organs. and what are the solutions(Speritual & Medical)? and how can i heal this

why cant i ever exit my body??? i want to so bad but i just cant focus and i always fall asleep!!! someone give me some advice to help me project.

Practice some Yoga Nidra. Once you master not falling asleep in that practice others should become much easier.

Wow Thanks for the advice. I tried the Yoga Nidra technique and it has made it much easier to concentrate and not fall asleep.
