my mum!

FiFi from australia (land down under!) -

My mum passed over march 31 of this year, my daughter turned 5 this exact date.Whenever i feel sad or just thinking about my mum i can feel a warmth on one side of my body.A few people i have told this to have said it is my mum trying to comfort me.What does this mean?And is it my mum?
