Knowing Psychic Self-Defense

A lot of us wish that we have known self-defense. This is the kind of moves that we would employ when we are, say, hit by someone with malicious intent.

Unknown to most of us is the existence of psychic self-defense, employed when we feel that we are being attacked by psychic sorcerers. Most of these attacks are made by amateurish sorcerers. For these type of cases, self-defense is good enough.
